Iris's Story
>She is showing Koda how to❣️Our little sweetheart. She’s a beauty & quite shy but warms up quick, enjoying snuggles & playtime. She will follow you everywhere, then sit patiently & wait for you. Perfect for a household with other dogs of any size or age. She does not shy from old & grumpy (she cuddles oh so sweetly with a 14 year old hound) or young & wild (she loves to chase & play tug with a 1 year old husky) she will play with any dog. She’s amazingly calm & gentle with kids, she’d never hurt a fly. At only four months, Iris is highly intelligent, she knows sit, come, is learning to walk oh so sweetly on a leash. She is crate trained & sleeps through the night. She is highly treat motivated making her eager to please & easy to train. This perfect girl will make an amazing addition to your family.
>>>5 new puppies~girls: Ivy, & Inca looks a lot like Iris. Next. Ipswich (chocolate brown) & Inca (tan) rescued when 8 week old husky/hound (probably a few other breeds!). Birthdate may be Jan 28. .All are doing fantastic, all are crate & doing well to go outside! Weighing 15-19 lb at 3 mo..they probably will be under 50 lbs.)never know) Some have 2 or 1 blue eye! .. their personalities are the same....
.. Ipswich is a little explorer~ energetic, curious & full of puppy energy when she is outside! Inca is more reserved, cautious, very sweet, takes cues from her sister. Inca would likely do best in a home w/another pet to guide her. Both girls are friendly with other dogs, have been introduced to cats, shown no signs of wanting to chase, just curiosity. They are learning to go potty outside, but only 8 weeks old so they are not potty trained! They are good in their crate together & see it as their safe space! These little girls are very sweet~”could” grow up to be 50-60ish lb dogs. They are both shy w/people at 1st, but w/each encounter they come out of their shells a little more. Once picked up they just want to cuddle! Love Mutts Rescue is a non-profit rescue.
Update on Ipswich (dark brow) and Inca (tan): the girls are doing great with their potty training! They have been left for 7 hours crated with no accidents! They are also starting to get much more comfortable with their foster Mom and want to follow her around the house! Ipswich is cuddly, but also happy to chew on a toy in the playpen. Inca has already learned how to climb out of the playpen and wants to be right with her foster! They are both very playful and would do well in a home with other dogs, and even dog savy cats!
..Ivy will not only LOVE to meet you, but also to be reunited w/at least 3 of her siblings, Inca & Ipswich. Ivy is the sweetest pup around! She is doing GREAT with potty training! She is fine with other dogs and with cats, and loves to play with kids. She is sleeping great at night. She loves to cuddle and would make the perfect addition to any family!

See all available, links to apply to adopt, volunteer, foster, donate www.lovemuttsrescue.org
