IRENA is a female Bichon Frise who is 15 pounds and 5 years old. She just arrived from a high volume breeding facility. Likely considered too old to be useful now. She is kind of a hot mess, but that only applies to her appearance and that is only temporary. She will be groomed soon and we will have better pics.
