Despite her long shelter stay, Ileane continues to show off her happy personality, adventurous spirit, and loving nature to everyone she meets.<br/><br/>Ileane is the perfect mix of playful and cuddly. She loves going on adventures, meeting new people, spending time with other dogs, and enjoying all the fun life has to offer. Whether she is splashing around in the pool, carrying around her favorite stuffed toys, or enjoying tasty treats, Ileane is always excited to be involved. At the same time, she absolutely loves affection and enjoys settling down for a good cuddle session with her people after a day of activity.<br/><br/>Ileane is a smart, food-motivated girl who already knows commands such as sit and lay down and is currently working on her manners while here at MSRAPC. She responds very well to people working with her and enjoys learning new things. Ileane would thrive in a home that can continue helping her build confidence and leash skills, as she can be a strong puller during walks. However, she responds well to corrections and guidance and has already shown how eager she is to learn. Stability, consistency, and continued structure will help Ileane continue to flourish into an incredible companion.<br/><br/>According to her day-out families, Ileane has excellent potty habits and strongly prefers going to the restroom outside rather than in her kennel. She also does well with kids ages 13 and up and enjoys socializing with both people and dogs.<br/><br/>After spending so much time in the shelter environment, Ileane is more than ready for a family of her own. She has so much love, personality, and companionship to offer and is truly a special dog just waiting for someone to give her the chance she deserves.
