Meet Igor
Igor is a sweet 2 year old pitbull mix who came to us through our cruelty department when his friend "Frankenstein" had his collar grown into his neck. He is SUPER sweet even though he wasn't taken care of by his previous home. He would be great in a home with children of all ages.
