Ignatius is a handsome and boisterous 4 year old retired racing greyhound. He is a confident, people-focused, energetic, and curious boy who simply loves to live life. He enjoys walks, playing with toys, and engaging with people. With his goofy and high-drive personality he is prone to being a bit impulsive when excited. Ignatius has been through a behavior training program to improve his interactions with other breeds of dogs. With this training he showed that he has a great ability to learn, with his engagement and food motivated nature. He does well when socializing with fellow greyhounds but could use further experience around other breeds (especially small breeds). Ignatius would be best suited for an adopter with prior dog experience who can continue to give structure, socialization, and further training on the foundations he already has.
