Hummel came to be with us as a stray. He was all matted and needed to be shaved. Pictures show before and after. <br/>He does well with other dogs. Male, female, big or small. OK with cats also. <br/>He does not like the dog he found in the mirror the other day though. It barked right back at him and he just did not understand that! <br/>He is approx. 8 months to a year. Weighs about 17lbs. <br/>Standing on his back legs he can not quite reach the counter top BUt he tries so things must be kept back from the edge. He is fed in a slow feed bowl as he will gobble it right down and then look for more in other dogs dishes. He is not aggressive about it. Just pushy!<br/>He loves to play with the other dogs and likes toys. He did not touch a toy untill he was groomed! Now he loves them. He is a jumper and tries to grab hands. Not really a bite. Just a bit mouthy. Would need work for this around little ones. He is just very exuberant! Is learning that lap sitting and snuggles are nice. On arrival he was very unsure about getting up on the furniture in his foster home but has learned that is were the petting happens!<br/>He likes car rides and does well. Has learned to use the pet door also. Races around in the fenced yard with all the rest of his canine foster siblings.<br/>He is a funny silly boy. He will get you out there walking and moving!
