He appears to be a Chihuahua/Fox Terrier mix and has all the personality needed to steal your heart.<br/><br/>He is friendly, playful, and very affectionate. Hugo loves cuddles, being close to people, and spending time with humans. He is always ready to give love and make you smile. He still has his puppy energy.<br/><br/>- Good with other dogs and would enjoy having another dog around<br/>- Neutered, Vaccinated, Dewormed <br/>- Possibly Cat Friendly<br/>- Potty trained and leash trained in process <br/>- Not cabin size, he has long legs.<br/><br/>Hugo was with a small shelter that isn't on Petfinder. We help them by listing their dogs. We use Petfinder to reach a greater audience for our dogs and adopt the majority of our dogs to the US and Canada.

Approved adopters are matched with flight companions (flight angels) traveling from Puerto Vallarta. You will meet them at the airport to welcome your new pup home.<br/><br/>Summer Months: It can be challenging to secure Canadian flight angels during the Summer months, so dogs may need to fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border if a Canadian flight angel is unavailable.<br/><br/>We have successfully completed many adoptions over the summer with volunteers helping to bring dogs to their adopters at the border.
