Meet Howard, the lovable Silver Labrador Retriever with a heart as big as his appetite for fetch! I am 2.5 years old
I'm Howard, and though life is leading me on a new adventure, I'm ready to bring my goofy, energetic, and cuddly charm into a forever home.
Neutered, vaccinated, and fully potty trained since my puppy days – I'm a testament to quick learning and an insatiable love for cuddles. My journey started at 8 weeks old, a gangly ball of fur, and I've grown into a 77-pound bundle of joy who still loves to snuggle.
Fetch is my absolute favorite – started playing it naturally at 10 weeks, and I never tire of chasing a ball. Despite some life changes from my first family, including a baby on the way, I'm ready to find a home where I can continue my fetching adventures.
Great with dogs with a proper introduction, people-friendly, and getting along well with kids – I'm a social butterfly. While I may have some moderate anxiety and mild independence, I thrive in a semi-quiet environment. Loud noises like bombs and gunshots near Camp Pendleton don't faze me, but I might be on high alert for other unexpected sounds.
Extremely cuddly, extremely affectionate, and extremely playful – that's me in a nutshell. While I'm not the biggest fan of car rides, I'll tolerate shorter trips for the promise of more fetch time.
In my ideal home, a yard is a must, and a semi-quiet setting would suit me best. If you're ready for a goofy, energetic, and cuddly companion who's mastered the art of fetch, I'm Howard – eagerly awaiting my forever playmate!
