Hope is looking for a retirement home. Applicants must understand that she is the princess, a 43lbs Royalty being.<br/><br/>Hope has been with us since 2021.<br/><br/>The first time we saw her, she was living in the woods by an highway, eating a plastic bag that at some point had food. She was so malnourished that we genuinely thought she had been broken in half. She wanted nothing to do with people, and people werent exactly high on her list of favorite things.<br/><br/>Then we offered all we had... half a BelVita cookie. And somehow, against all odds, convinced her to give herself chance.<br/><br/>Years later, Hope has transformed from a starving stray into a wonderfully chunky blue bully princess with opinions about absolutely everything.<br/><br/>Shes older now, a little rounder, a lot wiser, and missing quite a few teeth. Fortunately, she has decided teeth are optional and continues living her best life without them.<br/><br/>Hope isnt looking for adventure.<br/><br/>She isnt looking for a hiking partner.<br/><br/>She isnt looking to attend puppy parties.<br/><br/>She is looking for a soft bed, a quiet home, and people who appreciate a mature lady who has earned the right to be selective.<br/><br/>No cats (she may chase still)<br/><br/>No young children (she is terrified of them)<br/><br/>No energetic dogs bouncing off the walls.<br/><br/>Just peace, comfort, snacks, and love.<br/><br/>Thunderstorms and fireworks are still scary, and shed love a home where someone will remind her that everything is okay when the world gets loud.<br/><br/>Despite her tough-girl appearance, Hope is soft at heart.
