Honey's Story

Honey aka Honey Bunny
1 year | 20lbs
Rescued in Texas

Honey, lovingly nicknamed “Honey Bunny,” is a loving, observant, and happy dog who is very people-oriented. She handles new situations by calmly observing and adjusting, and has done wonderfully with adults, kids, other dogs, and is non-reactive to cats. At Union Square Park, she happily greeted kids, adults, and dogs with ease. Honey is potty trained, walks nicely on a leash with no pulling, and easily goes with the flow of daily life. She loves spending time and playing with her foster brother, Billings — they have the best time together.

Honey also enjoys being a little window watcher, happily observing the world around her. She adapts quickly to routines, would do well in almost any living space, and seems happiest simply being part of whatever her humans are doing. She is such a sweet dog who seems to love just about everything and shows so much appreciation and affection toward her people. Honey will make a wonderful companion because of her gentle, adaptable personality and loving nature.

INTERESTED IN ADOPTING?
To adopt Honey, apply on our website www.truenorthrescue.org/adopt and email adopt.truenorthrescue@gmail.com to follow up on your application.

PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL TO ASK IF HE/SHE IS AVAILABLE.
