She came to Puppy Mill Rescue Team alongside her puppies after they were confiscated from a home. While her past may not have been easy, Honey has never let it define her. Instead, she's embraced her second chance with an open heart and a gentle spirit, soaking up every bit of love and attention now that her puppies have grown and are beginning lives of their own.<br/><br/>A DNA test revealed that Honey is an almost even 50/50 mix of Cane Corso and Pit Bull Terrier, and she truly represents the very best qualities of both breeds. She is strikingly beautiful, deeply loyal, incredibly affectionate, and has an easygoing personality that makes her just as happy lounging with her family as she is joining them on an adventure. She's also perfect sized at about 60 lbs now that she's a healthy weight.<br/><br/>Honey has quickly become a favorite among everyone she's met. She adores people, is wonderful with children, doesn't mind the confident cat on the farm (or the wide array of farm animals) and would happily share her home with another friendly dog.
