Holly Pit Bull Terrier Whitehall, PA

Check out our girl Holly, a 2–3-year-old, 39-lb., pittie. She arrived at PK as a stray (literally, she showed up at the shelter all by herself) and has been in a foster home for over a month now. Holly’s foster momma says that of all the dogs she has ever fostered, Holly is the most well-behaved house dog!!! She is fully potty-trained, listens well to commands, and doesn’t bark or chew! Although she is comfortable in the crate, her foster mom says Holly is totally trustworthy to have free rein of the house when alone. Holly goes on lots of walks/hikes and has become a champ on the leash. She is so well-behaved when encountering other people and dogs on the trail! Holly also loves visitors, including kids, who she loves to play with. Holly is open to meeting other dogs, but she prefers more mellow dogs. She can also be cat-tested upon request. Finally, while Holly is an expert cuddler, she also sleeps in her own bed at night. Overall, Holly is an extraordinarily friendly, outgoing, and affectionate dog. How is she not yet adopted???
