Meet Holley

I'm just following up to see if you received my job application. My name is Holley, and I'm a 9 week old female Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler who's ready to kickstart my career. I will be ready for adoption mid-April. Right now, I'm knee-deep in mastering the ins and outs of housebreaking and crate training, but what I'm really itching to dive into is herding! With the renowned traits of my breed—loyalty, intelligence, boundless energy, and a touch of tenacity—I'm raring to put my skills to work. I get along with other dogs and kids (particularly little girls) and will need a home with a 6 foot privacy fenced yard, no invisible fencing. I'm a breed that's got some quirks, especially when it comes to behaviors like biting and heeling, I just can't help it, it's my instinct. I might be more prone to these behaviors than some of my furry friends, but don't let that scare you off. With the right guidance and understanding, I know I can become the loyal companion you've been searching for. I've got a bit of a bossy streak, I'll admit it. I like things done my way, and I'm not afraid to let you know it. I thrive on stimulation and purpose, so I'll need a home that's ready to keep me mentally and physically engaged. Give me a job to do, and I'll tackle it with all the enthusiasm in the world. Trust me, with the right environment, I'll blossom into the most loyal and loving pup you've ever known. So, if you're up for the challenge and ready to welcome a spirited ball of joy into your life, I'm here and waiting.

**As a reminder, puppies will need lots of time and attention during the first year. Before adopting me, please make sure that you have enough time, energy and commitment to devote to my training. Puppies need a lot of care, so everyone in your household should be on board and ready to help out**

**Rescue One is unable to provide an exact prediction of how big or small your rescue puppy will become when full grown. Any approximation provided is no guarantee.**

My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
