Hermes 3549's Story

3/21/26. Welcome Hermes, 1.5 years old, and Coco, 7 months. Their owner became homeless and couldn’t keep them anymore, so they reached out to us for help. Coco has been with Hermes since she was a puppy, and they really love each other. They’re also great with small dogs. Both still need to be fully vetted and spayed/neutered.Not every dog is available for adoption or need a foster - some are wards of the rescue (usually due to medical reasons, but sometimes behavioral). These dogs will always be supported by DRL. We welcome financial support for these dogs. YOU MAY NOT TRANSFER OWNERSHIP. **OUR RESCUE DOGS MUST BE KEPT AS AN INDOOR HOUSE PET.** - For the safety of the dog, heart worm preventative is required and we recommend that you follow a regular vaccine program established by your veterinarian to guarantee that your dog stays healthy. - Your dog must have a rabies shot and license in accordance with existing laws.
