Hercules's Story

Hi my name is Hercules, I’m 4 year old Anatolia mixed with possibly mastiff. I’m 85 pounds but don’t let my size fool you, I’m a huge cuddle bug! I’m also neutered and fully vaccinated. I’m obsessed with scratches and attention, so if you stop too soon you may get a gentle paw asking to continue. I love meeting new people. It took me a day to warm up to my foster pup brother. After a few attempts trying to play, I eventually gave in. At our neighborhood dog park, I loved playing in the dirt because it obviously goes great with my white coat. I’m great on a leash and know commands. I prefer not to be in a crate but I have been tricked once or twice and was fine. I’m pretty much perfect. I have not been exposed to cats or kids but my foster mom thinks I’d do just fine. Looking for my furever home. All I really want in life is love and attention. FARR - FLORIDA RETRIEVER RESCUE's Adoption Policy

Please fill out the adoption/foster form at http://bit.ly/FARRapplication to meet one of our furbabies located in the Tampa Bay area. You will be connected to the foster parent from there. If you have already filled out an online application for a dog and are now interested in another, please email us at adoptfromfarr@yahoo.com so your app can be forwarded. Note that all dogs are spayed, up to date on shots, rabies (if over 12 weeks) and heartworm tested (if over 6 months). Adoption fees vary by dog and range from $150-$300.
