He’s very dog friendly and loves to be right in the middle of the action—bouncing around, initiating play, and keeping things lively. He’s still learning his manners and can be a bit jumpy and nippy, so he’d do best with kids ages five and up who understand puppy behavior.<br/><br/>He’s a work in progress with potty training and crate training, but he’s making steady strides. He currently stays in a pen and is comfortable going into a crate for car rides or while his space is being cleaned. With consistency and routine, he’ll continue to improve.<br/><br/>Hei Hei is a higher-energy dog who thrives when he has room to run, play, and burn off that puppy energy. A fenced yard would be ideal for him, along with plenty of toys or activities to keep his mind busy—otherwise, he may find his own (destructive) ways to stay entertained. He’s also quite vocal, so a home without shared walls will be the best fit.<br/><br/>He’s already starting to learn basic commands like sit and down, and he’s eager to keep learning. Beneath all that playful chaos is a super sweet dog who loves being near his person—he’ll happily follow you from room to room and settle in once he’s had his fun. Hei Hei will make a loyal, entertaining companion for someone ready to put in a little extra time and love.<br/><br/>Puppies are cute, cuddly and looking for a family to call their own. They need an owner who is home often, and willing to help with training, socializing and housebreaking. They need to be let out often so they can learn to go potty outside. Training is required, and we will need to see proof from adopters that puppies have been signed up for classes.
