Meet Heather
My name is Heather. I am 1 to 2 years old, already spayed, and weigh only 22 pounds. I look like I might be a Feist Terrier mix. I arrived from Kentucky 6 weeks ago. I was spotted living in the wild there for at least a month and eventually got caught in a coyote trap. Fear and anxiety are big issues for me, but I am making slow progress. I need a quiet home and a patient person who can work with me. A home with other dogs would be good if they are friendly and nonintrusive. I'm still afraid of the outside and my leash, but I am consistent and accurate using my pee pads. I can stay home quietly and not get into anything when you go out. I might be able to live with cats but I haven't met any since my arrival in PA. If you have a quiet home, a big heart, and a lot of patience would you consider adopting me please?
