Hazel's Story

Meet Hazel - a gorgeous, fluffy Great Pyrenees mix and the true definition of a gentle giant. She arrived as a stray with her Pyrenees friend Boingo, and while we can't know her full story, we do know that at some point she peacefully coexisted with sheep and goats as well as other animals. These days, though, Hazel is fully embracing the good life - swapping the barnyard for soft beds, cozy blankies, and all the indoor cuddles she can get. She walks beautifully on leash, loves her daily strolls, enjoys making new friends, and then is perfectly happy to relax by your side. Housebroken and wonderfully sweet, Hazel gets along with everyone she meets and has quickly become a volunteer and staff favorite thanks to her calm, loving nature. This big, beautiful girl is more than ready to be spoiled - come meet Hazel and see why everyone is so smitten
