Meet Havanese- Starsky

update: Sweet Starsky is a great lap dog now. He loves a warm lap and lots of pets! He is a 6 year old Havanese retired from a breeder. He is being fostered in Bellevue, Nebraska. Starsky weighs 12 pounds. He is a mix of grey, tan and white. He does not mind being held and petted, but cowers to be picked up. He sleeps in a kennel. Starsky is allowed in a restricted area of the house, and has learned to keep it clean. He potties outside, but it not fully house trained. Starsky needs a home that will continue to work with him to build his confidence. He also needs a fenced area to potty. His adoption fee is $350.
