HARPER'S ADOPTERS MUST HAVE A FULLY FENCED YARD BECAUSE SHE'S NOT FULLY VACCINTED AND WON'T BE UNTIL 7/24.<br/><br/>ADOPTERS MUST BE LOCATED IN THE DC/MD/N.VA AREA.<br/><br/>Little Harper lost her home because her owner's landlord wouldn't allow her to stay. W<br/><br/>e immediately jumped in to give her a safe place to land so she wouldn't end up in a shelter.
