Meet Harper, a one-year-old bundle of joy who is looking for her forever home! Harper is the sweetest girl who loves to give kisses to anyone who will let her, dogs and humans alike. She is super excited when you get home and will greet you with a wagging tail and a happy smile.
Harper is a smart and playful girl who is learning basic commands and manners with the help of her foster sister. She is working on not stealing treats or food from other dogs, but she is very friendly and gets along well with other pups. She is also good with kids and enjoys cuddling on the couch with them.
Harper is an active and adventurous girl who likes to run and jump like a deer. She loves car rides and knows how to use a doggy door. She is always curious and wants to be everywhere her person is. She is not friendly with cats, though, so she needs a home without any feline friends.
