Meet Harlow. This sweet girl can be a bit shy but she is coming into her own as she builds more confidence. Her personality really comes out when she plays in the yard with the other dogs and the more comfy she gets the more playful she is with the humans. Staff says she's all over them when they go into her kennel trying to get their attention.
