She loves people, enjoys other dogs, and is always ready to say hello.<br/>Harley is in that wonderfully goofy, busy teenage puppy stage. She is bright, enthusiastic, and still learning how to navigate big feelings, excitement, and the world around her. Like many adolescent dogs, she can get mouthy or a little wild when she is excited-but she responds best to clear boundaries, consistency, appropriate outlets for her energy, and positive reinforcement. She also needs reminders to get some rest because she would play all day if she could.<br/>She is already working hard on focus, settling, and building a strong connection with her people. Harley would thrive with an adopter who enjoys training as part of daily life and understands that the relationship is built over time.
