~Hansel and Gretel~ Miniature Schnauzer & Yorkshire Terrier Mix Burlington, NC

This absolutely darling duo is Hansel and Gretel! They came into rescue because their owner was a young man who bought them but really wasn’t in a place in his life where he could fully commit. He loved them but worked a lot of hours and went out a lot and they were not getting the love and care they longed for. He eventually came to the realization that they deserved better and he reached out for help. Fortunately a wonderful foster home was happy to take this bonded pair and show them lots of love until a forever home can be found!
They are about 18 months old and just the cutest, spunkiest little babies! Hansel is black and tan and weighs 11 lbs. Gretel is a cream color and weighs 9 lbs, and together they are fabulous! All of their medical work has been completed and they are healthy and thriving! They are enjoying their days making new doggy and kitty friends! In foster care they have a wonderful routine are great with their house manners. They reliably go potty outside, enjoy outdoor play together and with other doggy friends, and enjoy relaxing on the deck soaking up the sun! They also enjoy their time snuggling up on the sofa with their foster dad watching baseball and adore their foster mom- following her wherever she goes! She says they looooove to get belly rubs and are the best snugglers around!
They are so super adorable with their wirey hair and bright, kind eyes. They love to play with little toys and balls, and are cheerful with everyone! Dogs large and small, and kitties, they treat with kindness and love. They are a delightful little pair who are certain to steal their new parents hearts!
