Meet Hallie!<br/><br/>Hallie is the girl next door. A classic, all-American puppy, Hallie is sweet & self-assured. Darling, cuddly, & super playful, she is truly a sweetheart. <br/><br/>Hallie has great recall, is easily corrected, & LOVES her daily walks. She is a natural at walking on a leash & does well with a harness. She rides well in the car despite struggling with car sickness (which we hope she will outgrow!) She handles a queasy stomach in the car like a champ, and is always excited to go on an adventure despite this. She can be vocal about her needs, just making sure you hear her when she says she wants something! We are admittedly OBSESSED with her adorable head tilts! She loves her chew toys (especially Benebones) & gets along well with other animals. <br/><br/>Hallie is ready to steal your heart (but will never break it!) with her big puppy-dog eyes, so be prepared to be a pushover. <br/><br/>Other basic stats - Hallie is:<br/>- fully vaccinated<br/>- spayed <br/>- microchipped<br/>- on monthly flea/tick/heartworm preventative<br/>- treated for internal parasites <br/>- knows basic commands (sit, stay, shake, speak, drop-it)<br/>- very receptive to positive reinforcement training<br/>- potty-trained<br/>- walks well on a leash (& familiar with a harness)<br/>- used to baths/nail-trims/ear-cleaning/LOVES brushing (but she is not a fan of a bath!)<br/>- well-socialized with a wide variety of humans, animals, & environments<br/><br/>Hallie was found in rural Northeast Texas at ~3 weeks old as part of a litter of 7 stray & orphaned puppies. They were found living deep in the brush, in a shelter that was formed from an old tractor tire & dirt. Their mother, a stray Texas Heeler, was found deceased nearby. With no obvious signs of external injuries, it is unknown what her cause of death was.
