Hallie's Tennessee-based foster mom says she is happy, loving, smart and will make a great companion. Hallie loves going on adventures and hanging out with people. You can see when we are open and also which dogs will be at each open house. Dogs marked 'out of town' will not usually be at open houses until they are local.
