Beautiful Gwen is a shy Great Dane with a gentle heart. She may be a little reserved at first, but with patience and kindness she blossoms into a sweetheart! Gwen would do best in a quiet home where she can settle in at her own pace and feel safe. She came to the shelter with her friend Bart another Great Dane and they seem to love each other!

Mason County Animal Shelter's adoption process 1. Submit the Adoption Application - Applications are available at the shelter or online via this link: https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=mcas&method=online_form_html&formid=41 2. Meet the Pet 3. Sign the Adoption Contract 4. Pay the Adoption Fee 5. Take the Pet Home Thanks to the EnviroFlight Fur-ever Home Adoption Sponsorship Program, the adoption fee is $40 for adult dogs and $60 for puppies under the age of 6 months. The adoption fee includes vaccinations, flea/tick treatment, dewormer, spay/neuter, and microchipping. Please check each dog's profile for sponsored, discounted, and/or $0 adoption fees. If you adopt an unaltered dog, you must agree to have the animal spayed/neutered at the veterinarian of your choice as soon as possible and within 3 months of adoption. We ask that the animal will be kept as a pet and treated humanely after adoption.
