To give a little background on Gus, he is a 1-2 year old boxer mix who was found on the streets with a severe skin infection before being brought into the shelter in March 2023. He has lived there for most of his life, but has been doing very well with the transition out into foster care. Gus is fully house-trained and crate-trained, and is great with our other dog, Lou. He is very goofy, loyal, and energetic, and gets very attached to people. Any help you can offer in spreading the word would be so, so helpful! We have to leave the state in 2 weeks and are trying to avoid taking him back to the shelter at all costs -- he would have a very hard time being back in that stressful environment.
