Gus Gus's Story

Gus is such a sweet and loving boy who is around 2-3 years old and about 12lbs. He was found stray and landed in a high kill shelter. We were happy to welcome this deserving boy into rescue. He has a very nice, age appropriate energy, is good with dogs of all sizes, and enjoys human attention! <br/>Gus’ bio:<br/>-age appropriate energy, is friendly and happy go lucky, playful and sweet, but mellows out nicely <br/>-smart boy<br/>-great with other dogs in his foster home <br/>-likes to be around people, and is very lovable <br/>-potty trained in his foster’s routine<br/>-does well on leash <br/>-working on crate training but good in a kenneled/gated area <br/>-enjoys toys, treats and chew bones <br/>-enjoys lounging in the yard and on his dog bed as well as playtime in the yard, likes to explore <br/>-will make a great companion, and a great walking buddy to a lucky family<br/>-does well so far on car rides to his vet appointments<br/>-did well for his bath <br/>-is up to date on vaccines, neutered, is on flea and tick preventatives, microchipped, and dewormed <br/>***Will need routine grooming throughout the year so an adopter with an established grooming reference is preferred <br/>***If interested in learning more about the adoption process for Gus, please call or text Brittany at 2037276625, thank you!
