The gentle giant ready to steal your heart, who - despite his 120 pound frame - has firmly placed himself into the category of “lap dog”, never letting his size deter him from making sure he gets the cuddles and pets he so desires. Gunner is approximately 2 year old Rottweiler/Mastiff mix who is looking for a family with as much love to give him as he has to give them. Gunner is currently thriving in a busy household filled with children, multiple cats, and other dogs. He has been wonderful with everybody and every creature he’s met. He is patient and gentle, and would fit into most any home. Gunner would thrive as a family dog with another dog in the home, but he would also thrive as the only dog in the home, where he could soak up all of the attention of the people who love him. Gunner is fully crate-trained and housebroken. He never jumps on people when he’s excited, but he is very strong and will benefit from somebody who will continue working on his leash training with him. He has a huge love for food, but has never shown any food aggression. If you’ve ever hoped for a giant, cuddly, slobbery lap dog, then Gunner is your guy! We just know he is going to bring so much joy to his future family. Gunner is neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, and 4DX negative.
