He's about 8 months old and weighs around 28 lbs. This brave boy came to us from a local shelter needing a left front limb amputation, which we performed--and he's healing beautifully. Despite everything he's been through, Gump's spirit is bright, playful, and full of love. <br/><br/>He's a young, energetic pup who would thrive in a home that enjoys playtime and activity. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs, though his enthusiasm can sometimes be a bit much for calmer pups. Still, his joyful personality is truly contagious. <br/><br/>Since we don't observe our animals in home settings, we can't guarantee whether they're housebroken. Every pet adjusts at their own pace, and some may need a little patience and consistency as they settle into a new routine.<br/><br/>Upon intake, every animal receives:<br/><br/>Spay/neuter surgery<br/><br/>Microchipping<br/><br/>Updated vaccinations<br/><br/>Blood and fecal testing (with treatment if needed)<br/><br/>Flea/tick and heartworm prevention<br/><br/>A free wellness exam within 7-10 days of adoption<br/><br/>To adopt, you must:<br/><br/>Be at least 21 years old <br/><br/>Live within 1 hour of our facility <br/><br/>If you'd like to meet Gump or have any questions, I'd be happy to help you set up a visit.
