Guinness is a 1-2 yr old Yorkie mix who came to us as a stray and immediately made it clear he has opinions. He is small, scruffy, affectionate, and fully convinced he is in charge.<br/><br/>He is a certified lap dog. His favorite place is pressed against his person, preferably under an arm or directly on a lap. He loves affection and bonds closely with his people. He does well with other dogs but likes to keep tabs on everyone. Think tiny supervisor energy.<br/><br/>Guinness needs an adult-only home. He does best with people who understand small dogs, respect boundaries, and don’t take it personally when he needs space. When he first arrived, he was unsure of new people and could be a little mouthy. With structure, patience, and consistency, he has settled in beautifully and shown what a sweet, loyal little dog he really is.<br/><br/>He is playful, social, and happiest in a calm home where routines make sense and snacks appear on time.<br/><br/>Guinness is neutered, vaccinated, and heartworm negative.
