Meet Guava! (theres no actual emoji for Guava not sure what they look like exactly)<br/><br/>This young girl was found as a stray in the same city as our alumni Apple and we are 95% sure they are related. She looks identical except for her little half tail and has many of the same mannerisms, but sweeter and easier to get to know. Shes a little shy and definitely has seen some things, hits the ground and crawls when approached at first but a fun playful puppy once she feels safe. She doesnt seem like she was ever accustomed to a leash and just freezes when put on one but enjoys romping around a securely fenced yard with her dog friends. She plays rough and loves to wrestle with other dogs, with a little bossy streak sometimes and prefers male dogs to other females. <br/>Guava kinda looks like a Patterdale Terrier but doesnt have that kind of intense drive- she may just be some type of chihuahua/min pin/Jack Russell type mix. 13lbs, about 2 years old, getting spayed and vetted this week and will be ready for a home. Please check your email regularly for next steps. All our dogs reside in foster care in Northern NJ until adoption and we do not have a central shelter location. We are a small all-volunteer organization focused on rescuing local dogs from area shelters, as well as accepting some surrenders and puppy mill rescues.
