Griffin

Griffin is a 2-year-old, 70-pound Catahoula mix who originally came to us as a stray after being found during a thunderstorm near a pile of dumped food. He arrived soaked, scared and unsure of everything around him. Sadly, no one ever came looking for him.<br/><br/>That nervous boy has come a LONG way.<br/><br/>Griffin is now a big, goofy, puppyish guy who is ready to see what life has to offer. He loves treats, toys, running and being part of the action, and we think he'd make a great adventure buddy for someone looking for a dog who wants to get out and DO things.<br/><br/>He's smart and eager—but every once in a while, Griffin gets so caught up in the excitement that we're fairly certain his brain has temporarily left the building. He's still young, still learning and has plenty of that oversized-puppy silliness hanging around.<br/><br/>Griffin has done well with most dogs he's met and seems to enjoy canine company.
