Greg's Story

Meet Greg, a nearly one-year-old chocolate Lab mix bursting with energy and personality. This happy-go-lucky guy is always ready to run, play, and be right in the middle of whatever you’re doing—he truly just wants to be part of the fun.

Greg is the definition of a Lab at heart: enthusiastic, playful, and absolutely obsessed with his toys. Whether it’s a game of fetch, a round of chase, or some good old-fashioned wrestling with his dog friends, he’s always up for action. He does great with other dogs and is always eager to make new friends. Greg also does wonderfully with kids, making him a fantastic addition to a family looking for a fun-loving companion. He could do well with cats, too, as long as he’s given proper introductions and guidance to understand their boundaries.

Greg’s manners are still a work in progress, but he’s very food-motivated—which means training should come easily with consistency and positive reinforcement. He appears to be both potty-trained and crate-trained, giving him a great head start as he continues learning and growing.

If you’re looking for all the joy, goofiness, and devotion of a Lab—packed into a slightly smaller, extra spirited package—Greg just might be your perfect match.

If you’re interested in adopting, please fill out our application, and someone will be in touch with you shortly!
https://animalwelfarefriends.org/adopt/application/
