Gracie is a 2 year old, 25lbs mix breed dog who came to us from her owners along with her puppies. Gracie was an outside dog who was not spayed and instead of having her fixed they decided to send them all to Rescue. Gracie loves people and will sit by your side forever if you want her to. She is happy and outgoing and very obedient. She does have one issue though, she is afraid of being grabbed at. She would not be a good fit for children for that reason. Gracie needs someone who can give her time and space to figure out her new situation and let her process things before instead of forcing her. She is a very loyal and loving girl once she trusts you but that comes with time. Gracie has been a wonderful and happy pup in her foster home but she is not the dog for everyone. She would do best with someone who can be patient with her until she figures you out. She is good with some dogs and not good with others.
