Gracie sports a beautiful, long gold coat with sweet curls on her ears (note: she does shed a bit) and stands 26 inches tall. While she can sometimes need a quick moment to warm up to new people, her true colors shine almost instantly - she is a friendly, affectionate pup who happily rolls over for belly rubs and eagerly accepts pets.

Gracie has classic, high puppy energy and absolutely thrives outdoors. Her absolute favourite activity is chasing and fetching a ball, making a home with a yard ideal for her to burn off steam, though she is currently adapting well to apartment living.

When it comes to other dogs, Gracie can show a little initial hesitation but quickly transitions into pure play mode. Within minutes of meeting a new friend, she is play-bowing, wagging her soft tail, and running around looking for a playmate. Because she is used to a home where her human is always around, she does experience a bit of separation anxiety but is successfully working her way up to 45 minutes of alone time. She is not crate-trained, but she behaves beautifully and is not destructive when left loose in a bedroom.

Gracie is an incredibly smart, well-taken-care-of girl who already knows many commands. She walks nicely on a harness and a martingale collar, though she can be a little leash-reactive if people or dogs unexpectedly sneak up behind her. She also gets super excited for car rides! She is not a food-aggressive pup, is not an excessive barker, and is currently thriving on a raw food diet. Gracie would do best in a home with someone who is around more often than not, and she would love a friendly, high-energy dog sibling to keep her company.

Neck size (for collar): medium 13"

Chest circumference (for harness): 25"

Height (from top of head): 26"

Length (from nose to base of tail): 30"

Crate size recommended: medium

Good with women: yes, shy

Good with men: yes, shy

Good with kids: unknown, as not exposed to them

Good with other dogs: yes, quickly warms up with proper intros

Good with cats: unknown, not exposed to them

House trained: yes

Crate trained: no, she stays in a room when left alone and is not destructive

Energy level:puppy energy

Can be handled/touched: yes, once comfortable

Barker: mild

Flight risk: no; however, all dogs should be considered flight risks in new environments

Food aggressive: no

Current food: raw Performance

Walks on leash: yes

Leash reactive to people or dogs: only if they come up behind her unexpectedly

Rides well in car: yes, gets excited

Destructive: no

Needs a home with a yard: would be beneficial for her puppy energy as she like to fetch a ball

Needs a home with another dog: no; however, she does have some mild separation anxiety so would do well with someone in the home most of the time

Can live in an apartment: yes, she is currently living in an apartment
