Hi, I'm Gordon!<br/><br/>I'm a handsome, sweet, and friendly guy who loves everyone I meet! I'm a big puppy with moderate energy. I love to play, but I'm just as happy to slow down, curl up in your lap, and soak up some affection.<br/><br/>I'm friendly with other dogs, although I can be a little hesitant when meeting new friends. Once I get comfortable, I like to play! I do enjoy having my own space, so a larger, respectful dog who understands boundaries would be a great match for me. I'm not a big fan of super clingy doggy friends and will let them know. <br/><br/>I'm still learning all my puppy manners, including basic obedience, potty training, leash walking, and crate training. I'm a big boy with sharp puppy teeth, and when I get really excited I like to jump! Because of that, older kids would be the best fit for me.<br/><br/>I'm a quieter guy and not super vocal, but I do have plenty of puppy personality! My favorite time of day? MEALTIME! I also love my morning runs around the yard.<br/><br/>I'm sweet, affectionate, playful, and ready to find my family. They arrive in Minnesota on 10/10/2026 and will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN between the hours of 8:30-11am. Please plan for their arrival accordingly as we cannot accommodate pickups outside of this time frame. Since they haven't arrived yet, they are available exclusively through Ruff Start's Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program. Visit our Foster to Adopt Program page to learn more. Once they get to Minnesota, they might require further veterinary care. Ruff Start's veterinary suite is located in Princeton, MN, and, as the foster, you will be required to transport your dog to and from these vetting appointments. <br/>----<br/>*Rescue puppies are notorious for losing their birth certificates before entering our rescue. We cannot guarantee the breed or size they will be full grown.*
