Gordo's Story

Gordo, Bulldog/Lab mix, Black and White, Male neutered, 2-3 years old <br/>Gordo is understandably shy, timid, and nervous in the shelter environment, but despite all the changes around him, he has been nothing but quiet, gentle and sweet. He is housebroken, and enjoys his daily walks, and he walks nicely on a leash too. Gordo has lived with other dogs before and seems like he would do best with other dogs that share his gentle demeanor. While Gordo has lived with children in the past, we do recommend a home with children over the age of 10 years, as he will need some time to adjust to his new home.

Our General Adoption Policy: -Everyone in the house-hold (for dog adoptions this includes any dogs that live in the home) need to meet the pet prior to adoption -Proof of Residence – Homeowner: mortgage statement or tax bill. Rental: lease with pet policy stating any specifications of breeds and number of animals allowed -Driver’s License or valid proof of identification -Fill out an Adoption Questionnaire and get it approved by Facility Management -Exact Cash or a check with an address matching that on the Driver’s License (Dogs are $60; Cats are $55) ALL ADOPTIONS ARE ON A FIRST COME/FIRST SERVE BASIS. WE CANNOT PLACE ANY HOLDS ON ANY PETS.
