we go by application process, we make sure if they rent their homes that we get a landlord consent, if they own then ok, also do vet references on the peoples current and past pets just to try to see if any pets they have make sure they have the correct vaccines and are spayed/neutered or did what they should of with previous pets, then if they have any dogs and want a dog we do a meet and greet with both those dogs
