GONZO is an adorable 2 year old neutered male wire hair chihuahua - jack Russell terrier mix who tips the scales at just 8 pounds. He's friendly with other dogs and has a nice moderate activity level and walks well on a leash. GONZO was found as an un-neutered, not microchipped stray and was picked up by Animal Control and held for the 7 day state mandated impoundment period. No owner came forward, so he was transferred to the safety of Animal Alliance and recently joined our adoption program. <br/><br/><br/>This pet is spayed or neutered in accordance with our strict policy wherein all animals are altered prior to adoption. This pet is de-wormed, current on vaccines, and started on monthly flea/tick preventatives.<br/><br/>Animal Alliance does not adopt adult dogs (over 9 months old) into households with children under 9 years of age due to the risk of bites. Puppies 9 months of age or younger can be adopted into households with young children ages 4 and older.
