Hey there, I'm Goldie, and I'm here to tell you all about myself in hopes of finding my forever family. Let me give you a glimpse into who I am. My walker has described me as having medium energy, which means I'm not too hyper but definitely not a couch potato either. I'm a good listener and know my commands - sitting is a breeze for me!

When it comes to walks, I'm a dream to stroll with - easy on the leash and always up for an adventure. I may show some playful interest in other dogs, but I'm friendly and sociable. I've even been praised as a great walking companion, earning myself a green bandana - how cool is that?

One thing you should know about me is that I'm a smiler and super sweet. I absolutely love getting attention and meeting new people - there's nothing that brightens my day more than making new friends. And let me tell you, I'm a pro in the car once I get in for the first time - road trips, here I come!

I've done some school programs with the Humane Educator here at the VHS. Everyone is super impressed with my loving ways. I adore kids of all ages and I'm very gentle. I love being petted by them and most of all, getting belly rubs. I really don't know a stranger.

Now, I do have a little hiccup - I'm heartworm positive. But not to worry, because the shelter takes care of the treatment.
