Meet Goldie
Meet Goldie! She is 5 yrs old and 12 lbs.
This girl came to DRWB from a family that didn't provide much care to her, they would even let her take walks on her own in their neighborhood! Didn't provide periodic baths or grooming. She always looked like a homeless dog.
After the family relinquished Goldie to DRWB, she moved in with a foster parent that has other dogs; she gets along with them without issues.
She was taken to the vet for a full check up, spay, vaccinations, teeth cleaning, and blood work. Now she is ready to go to a forever loving home that will treat her with love and care.
She can be a tad timid when she first meets you but then she falls in love, she just wants to please and be petted.
Goldie initially would cry when the foster would leave the house, but now she is doing well, she knows her foster will come back.
She sleeps in her crate with a cozy bed in it. She is potty trained and does not like to share her food..
We think she would be the perfect companion to someone that works from home or is retired.
