Goblin's Story

Meet Goblin

Age: ~9 months
Neutered: Yes
Tulsa, OK

Goblin is a 9-month-old Dutch Shepherd who came into this rescue, looked around, decided he owned the place, and hasn't slowed down since. He is silly. He is snuggly. He is funny in a way that is genuinely hard to explain until you meet him. He earned his name in every possible sense.

Here's what life with Goblin looks like: he will play ball with you until one of you gives up (it won't be him). He will hang out with every dog in the vicinity and be best friends with all of them. He will, at some point, be in your lap despite being a medium-sized Dutch Shepherd who does not technically fit there. He did great with his foster's 9-month-old baby, and we expect he'll be wonderful with kids in general.
He's a little shy with men at first - but give him five minutes and he'll be all in.

Goblin is neutered, house trained, and has a solid foundation of obedience and verbal cues that are just waiting for the right family to take them somewhere incredible. He's working on crate training at home but does great with it in boarding.

He does have a slight prey drive, so cats and small animals are a question mark for now.

What Goblin needs is an active home with people who want a dog that's genuinely entertaining to live with. Someone who will laugh at him, train him, play with him, and let him be their absolute clown of a best friend.

Apply to adopt: https://oklahomagsr.org/application
Apply to foster: https://oklahomagsr.org/foster
