Glowy Chloe is a little different—she'll light up your world once she knows she can trust you.<br/><br/>This beautiful 5-year-old Shepherd mix likes to take her time meeting new people. She can be a little standoffish at first, preferring to watch from a comfortable distance while she decides if you're part of her circle. But give her a little patience, a kind voice, and the chance to get to know you, and you'll discover a wonderfully loyal, affectionate companion who loves being with her people.<br/><br/>Once Glowy Chloe's heart is yours, she'll happily show off her "sit" and "shake" skills, soak up attention, and remind you that the very best friendships are the ones that take a little time to grow. She has lived in a home with children before and knows what it means to be part of a family. Now she's hoping to find that feeling again—a home where she can truly shine.<br/>Since many of our adoptable dogs are in foster homes, appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!<br/><br/>Our adoption fees include the following: all of our dogs/puppies are current on vaccinations (DHPP and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, heartworm tested and current on preventative, microchipped, treated for fleas/ticks and are spayed or neutered. Our large dog adoption fee is generally $175 + tax. Our small dog and puppy adoption fee is generally $300+ tax. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Due to space limitations, we do not hold dogs.<br/><br/>Because we are on a busy street, we require that all dogs leaving the shelter be in a carrier or on leash. All pets remain up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee paid.
