Glory's Story
Meet Glory!

Shes a 19 month old Border Collie mix who is silly, beautiful, smart, curious, and loving.
She is house trained and crate trained.
Since coming to her foster home, shes been learning new tricks and is a super fast learner. So far shes learned to sit, lay down, roll over, shake, and a lot more! She is both food and toy motivated which makes training very easy.

Glory loves going for walks with her foster brothers, and playing tug! Although she does pull on walks, her leash manners have been improving. Glory has been learning how to play with her foster brothers and is working on containing her excitement when there is lots of activity going on.

She has come a long way in a short few weeks and is quick to adjust to new environments. As much as she loves to play she also love a good nap to unwind. Shes kennel trained, house trained and a good traveller in the car.

Glory is very good with other dogs, but when they run and there's a lot of excitement, she goes into "herding mode" and can be nippy.
Glory has been around small children on leash, and was good. Due to her level of excitement, we do not recommend a home with kids under 10.
Glory was starved and emaciated when she came into care, so she will take food from kids if it's in her face. She will also counter surf and get into the garbage if the temptation is there.

Glory is with dog savvy cats and supervision. Again she can get nippy or excited when they are running around.

Medium to high energy dog. She needs lots of physical and mental activity everyday, and would enjoy a home with another dog to play with.

If you feel that Glory could be a great match for you, please complete an adoption application on our website www.hullshaven.org. Adoption fee is $450 and this includes their core vaccines (DA2PPV, Rabies) deworming, health checks and spay/neuter, as well as any care required. All finalized adoptions come with a free 6 week trial of pet insurance with Pet Secure.
