Pet Location: Wayside Waifs Campus<br/><br/>My Friends at Wayside say: <br/>- I am from a puppy mill situation. I will likely need extra time to adjust to home life. I have lived with other dogs but have not socialized with people. Things like walking on a leash and going through doorways can be challenging for me. Adopting me will be extremely rewarding, but I need time to learn. <br/>- I’m a shy dog and need someone willing to be patient with me.<br/>- An adopter with basic training experience would help me thrive!<br/> <br/>My home needs are: <br/>- A fenced yard is a must for me! I do not know how to walk on a leash, so I need a secure area to go out for potty breaks.<br/>- I feel more comfortable around new people when I have a doggie friend to build my confidence. Wayside requires you to bring your dog with you when you come to meet me. <br/>- I must go to a home that already has another dog so they can show me the ropes. <br/>- I must meet other dogs in the home before adoption to make sure they can "show me the ropes."<br/><br/>Special Request from Gloria: For my safety, I need to go home on an anti-slip collar called a martingale collar.
