This chunky, happy boy is full of life and always ready to brighten someone's day with his affectionate personality and goofy charm. Despite his size, he walks well on a leash, enjoys exploring on walks, and absolutely loves spending time with his favorite people. He is playful, and social. Glen would thrive with a family that understands how to set him up for success with thoughtful introductions and continued guidance. Because of his strength and size, he's looking for a home with a family who can confidently handle a large breed and who appreciate the loyal, loving nature of an American Bulldog. Breed experience is a plus, as he'll do best with a family that understands his needs and is committed to providing structure/routine, exercise, and plenty of love and affection. His story began on a difficult note—he was found as a stray wandering through a shopping center, desperately trying to escape the Texas heat. Thankfully, he was picked up and brought to safety, and now he's ready for the fresh start he truly deserves! This sweet boy has soooo much love to give. He's searching for a family that will look beyond his unknown past, embrace everything that makes him so stinking special, and give him the forever home he's been waiting for. In return, I can almost guarantee he will reward them with endless loyalty, laughter, and unconditional love!<br/><br/>At this time we are recommending a pet free home for Glen as he is a very strong, opinionated and rough player, even for our best helper/play dog, he was a LOT. <br/><br/>BREED: American Bulldog<br/><br/>AGE: 3 yrs <br/>WEIGHT: 90 lbs <br/><br/>HEALTH: All rescue dogs are vaccinated, altered and micro-chipped <br/><br/>GOOD WITH: Best as only pet; respectful children 10+; cats and other small animals unknown.
