Meet our sweet little Gizmo. He is a 6 pound, 5 year old Toy Terrier mix. This boy has had a horrible life in the home of hoarders. Due to malnutrition and severe dehydration, he could barely walk and would fall over. The clinic he went to could not guarantee that he could be saved. They treated him for all of his ailments and luckily he pulled through. Once he recovered and began to thrive, he was neutered as he had a swollen prostate. He also has a severe overbite that caused difficulty drinking, the vet removed a few rotten teeth. Gizzy is very cautious and nervous when meeting new folks and will offer anxious barking, but is quick to love when he feels safe. When he arrived, he was a bit of a fear biter, but now he follows his foster mom everywhere 24/7. This boy will not do well in a home where he is left alone for long hours, nor will he do well will small children. Gizmo is heartworm negative and current on vaccinations. His adoption fee is $200.
