Ginny G's Story
This happy, friendly girl is crate-trained, potty-trained, and bursting with enthusiasm for life! She's a recent puppy school grad and an eager little learner who loves to make her people proud. Ginny's favorite things? Toys (all of them), doggy playdates, and soaking up love and snuggles from her humans. She's an all-around good girl who's ready to be someone's hiking buddy, adventure pal, and cuddle companion. She loves other dogs, though her playstyle can be a bit "rough and rowdy" - some pups think it's the best thing ever, others prefer to cheer her on from the sidelines. If you're looking for a fun, active, smart pup to share your adventures with, Ginny's your girl! Adoption fees cover basic vetting, spay/neuter surgery (for dogs over 6 months old), rabies, distemper/parvo vaccinations, treatment for worms, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention and monthly flea/tick prevention (while the animal is in our care), and transport costs from Puerto Rico. Please note that on average, Toby's Rescue spends significantly more on each dog than the adoption fee and all proceeds from our adoptions are used to rescue more dogs from Puerto Rico. Also, we generally do not adopt outside of a 75 mile radius of the DC metropolitan area, as we are a very small rescue and this ensures that we can keep in contact with our adopted pups.
